Children's Miracle Network (CMN) is Phi Mu's primary philanthropic focus. All monies raised stay in the local community for patient care, new equipment and research into children's diseases, illnesses, and injuries. Since 1986, Phi Mus have raised almost $4 million for 700 children's hospitals in North America. The Kappa Xi chapter holds bucket drops each semester to raise money to donate to CMN. We also sponsor Trick-Or-Treat for change during Halloween to benefit CMN. 

    Not only does Phi Mu support CMN financially, we also volunteer our time. Thousands of Phi Mu members volunteer their time to visit the children. We read books, take gifts, and provide encouragement.

    Besides working with Children's Miracle Network, we help the community by participating in Relay for Life, volunteering at nursing homes and hospitals, and carving pumpkins during Halloween to send to various hospitals.
